Will DeBoer is the Assistant Director of Sports Information at Salisbury University, one of the elite institutions in NCAA Division III athletics, in Salisbury, Maryland. A native of West Lafayette, Indiana, Will has built a well-rounded portfolio in play-by-play, writing, and production from experience with organizations in five different states.

 

Before joining the staff at SU, Will was the Director of Broadcasting and lead play-by-play voice for the Delmarva Shorebirds Baseball Club, Class-A minor league affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, and for men's and women's basketball at Division I Maryland Eastern Shore. Will began his professional career as a broadcasting assistant with the York Revolution in the independent Atlantic League, turning pro after two summers in summer collegiate baseball. He holds a B.A. in Communication and Political Science from Hope College and an M.P.A. from Columbus State University after calling multiple sports at both schools.
